This notice explains how dtp handles information connected with our storefront, orders and support. Our store runs on SellAuth. Payment providers and external services also handle information under their own privacy notices.
1. Information connected with your order
Ordering, signing in or asking for help can involve your email address, order reference, purchased products, selected options, payment status and messages you send us. If an order requires billing or shipping information, the details requested at checkout may also be used to fulfil it. Please provide only information needed for your request.
The storefront platform may collect technical records such as IP addresses, browser or device details, session identifiers and activity on the site. These records support site operation, security, troubleshooting and traffic reporting.
2. What the information is used for
Information is used to process orders, make delivery details available, manage account access, answer support requests, investigate payment or delivery issues, prevent fraud and improve the store. Order receipts, login codes and service updates are separate from promotional messages.
Where applicable, processing is based on fulfilling your order, meeting legal obligations, operating and protecting the store, or your consent. Promotional emails are optional; you can use the unsubscribe option or contact support to stop them. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary order communications.
3. Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through SellAuth and the payment service selected at checkout. dtp may receive transaction references, amounts and confirmation details needed to manage an order. We do not collect full card numbers or card security codes through our storefront forms.
Order and technical information may be processed by providers involved in hosting, checkout, delivery, communications or security. Relevant information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate fraud or resolve a dispute. dtp does not sell or rent customer contact information.
4. Browser storage and outside services
Cookies and similar browser storage help with sign-in, cart contents, currency preferences and security checks. Your browser lets you clear or restrict this storage, although doing so may interrupt those features. Optional services may apply their own cookie or consent controls.
Discord, payment services and other external links lead to independently operated services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable safeguards and legal requirements depend on the service and your location.
5. Vouches and support conversations
Feedback submitted for public display may show a display name, vouch text, rating and related product information. Contact support if you want us to review information published in connection with your feedback.
Keep email addresses, receipts, order IDs and license keys out of public Discord channels and vouches. Use a private support ticket for order details. We do not need your account password or full payment credentials to help with an order.
6. Retention and protection
Account, order and support records are kept for the period needed to provide services, handle disputes, prevent abuse and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained for those reasons; service providers may have their own retention rules.
We use the platform's access controls and limit access to order information to the people and services needed to operate the store. No online system is completely risk-free. If you believe information has been exposed or a child has supplied information without consent required by law, contact us for review.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restrictions on processing or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to raise a concern with a relevant privacy authority. These rights can have legal exceptions.
Use a private support request to explain what you need. We may ask for limited information to verify that an account or order belongs to you before sharing or changing its records. We will explain any information we cannot remove and why.

Contact official dtp support on Discord or use your account's support tickets for a privacy question or request.
