Digital keys, downloads and access details become available after payment confirmation. Product-specific activation and license rules also apply. Where hardware is offered, follow its published delivery information. Third-party products do not imply an affiliation with their game or software creators.
3. Responsible use
Protect your account and license keys. Do not share, redistribute or resell a license without permission, or circumvent its licensing controls. Use products in accordance with applicable law and the relevant platform rules.
4. Status and compatibility
Read the product requirements and status before use. Updates and third-party platform changes can affect functionality. A published status is a current update, not a promise of permanent compatibility, performance or protection from account penalties.
5. Refunds and order issues
The Refund Policy explains delivery-related restrictions and how to request a review. If something is missing or does not work as described, contact dtp promptly with your order details privately.
6. Payments and misuse
Fraud, unauthorized license sharing or misuse may lead to restricted store access. Contact support about payment problems. Nothing here removes a legitimate payment-dispute right or any protection required by law.
